Well, Adina is a very busy 7 year old! She is loving first grade and all of her friends. She had a fun birthday party. We had pizza, a pinata and of course we had to do the limbo. It is amazing how quickly seven years can pass!

I was reading an internet article to Marsha and Donovan about the teenage pregnancy pact in Massachusetts. We were having a little conversation about it not realizing that Adina was listening in. Finally she piped up and said, "teenagers are pregnant? How old are they?" I told her "15, 16 and 17." Adina said "Are they married?" I shook my head and said "No." To which Adina replied "Well, then, how did that happen???!!!" Donovan quickly said "I'm going to bed!" We managed to change the subject and avert that conversation for a little longer. THANK GOODNESS!
